We're thrilled to announce that Jacqueline Shilo-Gradnigo, a St. Landry Parish School Board speech/language pathologist, has been selected as a finalist for the Louisiana Department of Education School Health Service Provider Award!

Out of numerous outstanding candidates statewide, Mrs. Gradnigo is being honored as one of the top five finalists across all service provider categories: occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech/audiology, nursing, and behavioral health.

This incredible achievement highlights Mrs. Gradnigo's dedication to supporting the communication needs of our students and her commitment to excellence. Of the five finalists, one provider will be named the Overall School Health Service Provider of the Year.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Gradnigo on this well-deserved recognition! She will be honored at the Louisiana State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) meeting in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

We wish Mrs. Gradnigo the very best in the final round of this competition. She is an inspiration, and our district takes great pride in her accomplishments.
